What happens every evening
- 6 PM: the latest readings come in
Today's PM2.5 from CPCB and DPCC monitors, tomorrow's weather forecast, and NASA satellite counts of crop fires in Punjab and Haryana.
- The model forecasts school hours
It predicts the average PM2.5 between 7 AM and 2 PM tomorrow for each area. Calm nights and low winds trap smoke until morning, and the model has learned that from two years of data.
- You get one plain message
The level, what to move indoors, and why the air is bad. Runs on AWS Lambda, EventBridge, S3 and SNS.
